Abide Kids Ministries

Helping children know Jesus and helping families grow in Him together.

The mission of Abide Kids Ministries is to preach the gospel and make disciples of children and families. We aim to do that by providing gospel-centered, relational ministry environments that inspire, equip, and support parents as the primary disciple-makers in the home.

At Abide, we want every child to be loved, known, safe, and consistently pointed to Jesus.

Sunday Mornings

What We Offer on Sundays

Abide Kids is available during our Sunday worship gathering for:

• Nursery–PreK

• Kindergarten–3rd Grade

Our goal is to create safe, intentional, and joyful environments where children can hear the truth of God’s Word and begin to understand the good news of Jesus in age-appropriate ways.

  • For our youngest children, we provide a safe and nurturing environment where they begin learning that the Bible is the story of God’s plan to rescue His people through Jesus Christ.

    Children in these classrooms experience a caring environment with age-appropriate Bible teaching, simple activities, and loving leaders who help them feel secure and cared for each week.

  • Our elementary ministry helps children engage with the Bible through gospel-centered teaching, worship, and activities designed for their age and stage of life.

    We want kids not only to hear Bible truths, but also to begin understanding how those truths shape the way they live, think, and trust Jesus. We value relational ministry, so we want every child to feel seen, loved, and prayed for.

  • Because we value family worship, children in 4th and 5th grade are invited to join us in the main worship gathering each Sunday. We love seeing children worship alongside the wider church family as they grow in faith and learn the rhythms of gathered worship.

A Safe and Trusted Environment

We know that safety matters deeply to every parent. Each Abide Kids ministry team member is a covenant member of Abide Christian Fellowship who has been interviewed, independently background checked, and trained for ministry service. Each classroom is staffed by two or more trained team members, and we work hard to provide clean, safe, and joyful environments for every child.

Partnering With Parents

We believe parents are the primary disciple-makers in the lives of their children, and we want to come alongside families in that calling. Abide Kids exists not just to care for children on Sundays, but to support parents as they point their children to Christ throughout the week.

Whether you are visiting for the first time or looking for a church home, you can come knowing your children will be loved well, cared for attentively, and taught the gospel in a safe and welcoming environment.
